help me please. i give to user moderator. login in this user and try to ban some people ...and have error. 

In settings i have Dashboard - Can ban member acess...

in wordpress this user have subscribers permissions

Moderator should not have subscribers permission in WordPress. Subscribers are not allowed to access to Forum Dashboard Menus.
