Try it now. I disabled the Jetpack "prove your humanity" and enabled the reCaptcha in Forum > Tools> Antispam.
I am using Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft to protect my Contact Form on the rest of the website, so I should be good to go with the Jetpack Brute Force disabled.
