Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Forums admin page, click on Edit button of any Forum and save it. This will reset Forum Tree cache, then try to move it again. I think this is a forum hierarchy caching issue.
Hello Robert. Unfortunately it didn't help.
So? Anybody has any idea? will someone help me about this? because once I have clicked to move and it randomly moved the topic into the first main topic which is irrelative and now I can't take it back even..
- Add new forum in dashboard
- Delete this forum
- Delete all caches and test it again.
If this doesn't help, please go to your hosting cPanel > phpMyAdmin database manager. Find wp_options table, open it and search in option_name field "wpforo_forum_tree_" phrase with [Like %] statement:
Then delete all found rows(maybe from 1 to 10 rows)
Delete website cache and test it again.
