Hi

I think the title describes the post perfectly 🙂 Basically, despite its quite complete, there are many things asked to the members, which here in Spain (my mainly public) dont even make sense but they probably ever even heard of as for example AOL im, ICQ and others....

Thanks so much 🙂

@jesus,

This topic may help to disable social networks you want:

For adding and managing user fields I recommend wpForo Users Custom Fields addon:

Thanks 🙂

Strange but it hasnt worked for me.

The instructions are so clear and easy enough that Im sure I have followed the steps correctly

*As far as I know I have deleted all caches etc...

Independently from the above:

Any ideas of how to do the same thing (removing) the website address field too?

*If it was to add, which I dont need, fair enough, but just to delete a few things I rather dont get said plugin as I got other more needed ones to buy

Thanks 🙂

I think I could have eddited the wrong file. I edite the functions.php file on my "Divi Active Theme"

I think I should have eddited the same file but in my wpForum Active Theme, correct?

If so, one question: once the forum have any actualizacion, would I loose said edition?

Thanks 🙂

No. You should add this code in the child WordPress theme functions.php file. If you don't have a child theme, then add it in the main WordPress theme functions.php file. Then take a screenshot and show here what have you done.

BTW, for an advanced control over all user fields you can check out the wpForo User Custom Fields addon: https://gvectors.com/product/wpforo-user-custom-fields/
