Is it possible to change the fallback image used for user avatars? The grey avatar does not work well with our website's theme and I'd like to replace it with my own, preferably an SVG image so we have control over the color depending on where it appears in the website. Thanks.

Meaning, the default avatar that is shown when a user does not upload their own. See attached (the grey avatars).
