This is a small CSS conflict with your current active theme or other plugins. Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings admin page, add the following CSS code in "Custom CSS code" textarea, save it, delete all caches, do CTRL +F5 on the forum frontend.

   color: #333333 !important;
}
