In WPForo tools, there is an option to insert a URL for a contact form. My site will not work with this feature as I have inserted a URL for my contact form and the menu tab is set but when I select it to take me to the form it fails to load. Any help would be great.

Please leave a screenshot of the URL in the option field. I want to see what have you inserted. Also, leave a full URL here. Make sure there are no spaces before and after the link in the field.
Also, I'd' recommend click the [Delete all caches] button in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page.
