Hello,

When I try to customize the email content, it removes the changes I have made when I save them.

I.e when I change font and size, they go back after I save the changes.

Can someone please help?

The email content is not a post content, so it has some HTML tag limitation by default. If you want to enable all HTML codes for email content you should add a hook code provided here:
