I use the threaded layout on all the forum on my website. I want all the categories in all forums heading to drop down both in mobile and desktop. I do not want to always click on the forum arrow to show all the categories. How do i do this ?

You'll just need to use the "Expanded" value for the "Threaded Layout - Forums List" option. The option is located in the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forums admin page.
