I installed as you suggested a plugin for WP emails. Looks better, definitely, but still need these links to look easy and simple and without the itsec-hb-token stuff visible, just nice anchor text link.
Same for wpForo signin link. Need to add some custom text above it, as I find it confusing the way it is. Better with text like 'P.S.: Once you set your password you can log into our forum in future visits here:"
and make anchor text changes.
And remove the First and Last name fields from displaying. No need at all.
Best just some text instead, like: "To change and customize your account information, add about you text, links to your website and social media etc, click on the "My Account' tab after logging in."
Where and how is this setup in your plugin?
Also, where can I control not getting emails as admin for each password setting of a new user? Annoying to get these emails...
This is not wpForo Email. This is WordPress email. You can't customize it from wpForo. New registration emails are being sent by WordPress. Find some plugin to customize WP emails or contact to WP support.

Hmm. I see wpForo asks in reg form for name and for 'display name publicly as' which is correctly present in system/plugin email.
I added a special email plugin. It make all look nicer but cannot control data sent to it from wpForo.
Where do I control this?
I so much would like to improve on text, the way the links are displayed in the email and also make the name actually appear in email to user and admin.

I don't know how else we should explain this issue. This is not wpForo fields. Please change your theme and deactivate all plugins to find the plugin who adds this. This is not wpForo fields. wpForo doesn't have such ugly non designed hard coded field in register form and email.
