Hi ! I apologize in advance for my poor English .

I wan't to know if we have the posibility to change the default User title ? 
On my forum, when someone register, he is by default :

User Title : "Member"
User GroupID : "Register" (Enregistré)

As you see on the screenshot . 

What i want it's when someone register, he receive by default the User Title "Register" : 

User Title : "Register"
User GroupID : "Resgister"
