Hi,
I currently have the problem that bots create private threads in our forum where the delete function remains hidden from me
how can I delete such a thread?

That's not a private thread. That's a damaged thread. Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard and click the [Clean Up] button. Then check the Dashboard > Forums > Moderation admin page, they should be deleted.
