As I've already mention ed here, you can customize the template structure as you like. Just follow the instruction provided in the doc, and make the changes you like.

I'm sorry, but we don't provide forum customization in support forums. You should learn CSS coding and do that yourself or pay some developer and get what you want. Here we only help to fix the plugin related issues.
