hi, I am having same issue users do not get notifications when the subscribe for a topic, I have read and tried everything in this forum but no luck.
by the way I am using sitegorund hosting if this is matter

Hi @malmossa,
Please go through all these points and leave some feedback for each one.
Please leave a screenshot of your wp_wpforo_subscribes table structure and indexes. You can use cPanel > phpMyAdmin tool for this purpose.
Also please make sure you've received confirmation emails and confirmed your subscription at least one time.
