I'm sorry but I have no idea why you get this search result. But this is not wpForo issue for sure. We have many forum websites, and we've never faced with such problem. I think this is a topic specific issue and your website were changed many times using different SEO solutions.

So I recommend open new topics and wait for new search results.

All fields of users can be shown/hidden for certain usergroup. So just edit the Guest and Registered usergroups in Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups admin page and disable corresponding permissions.
