Hello, I have re-set forum accesses to allow registered members to edit and delete their own posts but not working i.e. no buttons appearing ,Any ideas please ?

Ok, I see the issue. You didn't see that the topic and post is Unapproved at the moment. New Registered User is not allowed to edit or delete post if his topic or post is suspected as spam and set as Unapproved. This is made for spam protection. It doesn't allow spammer to edit and find the best content, which will not be tracked as spam and will be auto-published. 

If you want to allow new users to edit and delete their Unapproved topic and post you should navigate in Dashboard to Forums > Settings > Tools > Antispam admin page and decrease spam suspecting levels and set "1" the "User is New (under hard spam control) during first X posts" option.

We've already did this, you can test it again.
