When registering a new user, an email confirmation is not being sent out.  I also don't see the new users listed in the user list.  

To troubleshoot, I added a user directly into the list and received an email from my wordpress email confirming this.  

I believe this indicates some disconnect between the WPforo registration and the user group as well as the email function.  Can you help?
