Hi there-
I'm running Wpforo on a "MyCloud PR4100" NAS box.
I've setup the Wordpress; installed and activated the Wpforo.

But when I try to login to the forum, I will received the error message "Error 2253 | Please contact to forum admin."

Thanks and regards
Max

Hi Robert-

Thanks for the clarification.
I'm able to login to the dashboard after disabling the Wpforo plugins.
By disabling the plugins, I'm deactivated the plugins as well.

Once in the dashboard, I reactivated the plugin.
So, in the forum page, I can see I've logged in.
If I perform a logout, I will see the below error message:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/WordPress/WordPress/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/header.php:13) in /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/WordPress/WordPress/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 942

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/WordPress/WordPress/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/header.php:13) in /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/WordPress/WordPress/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 943

Hope the above message can shed some light on the issue. 🙂

Other weird thing is that once the plugin disabled, I need to use the MyCloud PR4100 NAS box login into the wordpress; instead of the wordpress login/password.

Thanks and regards

This "Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by" usually comes from MODIFIED code by yourself.

Have you manually changed any code in your Wordpress or plugins ?

I think this is the reason and this comes from other plugins or the active theme header.php . Please deactivate all plugins and activate one by one. If you didn't find the error generator plugin you should change the theme and test it again.
