Im trying to create a new topic on my forum, when click on add topic it is showing 404, but topic is added in to the forum, link is also showing, but when click to read the topic, it is showing 404 not found.

Where is the /forum/ or whatever prefix? You have touched the permalinks or something. This is NOT a correct wpForo topic url. Or wpForo home.

yes i know there is not issue with your topic, but i have continuously created 3 topics with the issues. i come to know that i tried to upload an image with that topics.
but now, i want to delete them because they are shown in the list but unable to read. how to delete them?
Just created a topic in your forums artificial-intelligence forum, no issues:
navigate to Dashboard > wpForo > Moderation find the needed topic and delete it.
