My website is entermedschool . com so this is what is shows in the error

I have your forum and I am very pleased but since 1.6.3 version, when trying to post a new topic (not when replying) the test box takes some time to load and when it does, it shows this:

Failed to load plugin: wpforo_pre_button from url https://entermedschool.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wpforo_pre_button/plugin.min.js

I tried to deactivate every plugin and install the basic theme, still, same error. Please help me! my users have troubles posting in my forums.

@arihoresh

Thank you @arihoresh, this issue only exists on forum home page editors. It doesn't exists in topics and forums pages editors. It seems you made some change in home page or in site URL settings.

Please let us know what have you changed recently and what plugins you've installed/updated.

Could you please deactivate other plugins, delete all caches and test it?

Also, please update WordPress URLs in Dashboard > Settings > general admin page and update wpForo Base URL in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > General Tab. Just click on update button and make sure those are correct, with correct https :// protocol. i see lots of block from browser.

BTW, that error comes one time and I don't see it again.

@robert

I have recently moved to another host, it might be the problem? the https:// protocol looks good, and when I deactivated all of my plugins the problem kept popping up.

What do you mean by "I see lots of block from browser"?

I have no problem giving you permissions and access to my website so you can make sure everything is set well, let me know 🙂

Thanks again.
