Hi,

Several users have reported they cannot attach files including .xlsx .pdf .txt and .docx but can upload .png and .jpg

I have no issues as the Admin.

I have checked that the users and forum are set up to allow them to upload the files they are being told they cannot, I can't find anything wrong.

1. The users are members of the Registered group

2. Registered users have all the blocked file extensions in the list of Accepted File Types 

3. Registered users have Standard access

4. Standard access allows files to be attached

and the permissions for the forum has  Standard access for Registered users
