Robert I assure you I followed exactly those steps but it's the same issue

It's not the same, It seems you've not done Ctrl+F5 and you've not deleted caches. Now I see it works like I was expecting. It's larger. The only issue I see you don't removed the CSS code I mentioned above. please remove them to move widgets to right sidebar. Now all widgets under the forum.

Robert are you looking at this from a computer or a mobile? My problem is with the mobile display I am aware the computer and tablet display is fine. I can't do CTRL F5 on a mobile? I have also deleted the coding you said

Same goes for my forum. There is so much padding in mobile.

The forum looks squeezed up, centrally, in any mobile that it is viewed.
