In your website I see that the dark grey bar above the forum acts as a menu bar for various pages within the forums. Forums/Members/Recents Posts/My Profile/Logout and Search.
When it's on our website, the grey bar is empty, there is no login or register link either when logged out.

Please navigate in Dashboard to Appearance > Menus admin page. Select the wpForo Navigation, then check/enable it for wpForo Menu location.
