I have changed the forum from blue to green and I clicked ctrl f5 a number os times.
It still doesn't change, is there any more process I should do?

BTW, the Ctrl+F5 should be pressed on the forum home page not in the dashboard.
If you have cache plugins, please delete all caches. And exclude wpForo forum page from your cache plugin. Here is the instruction: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/

how do I change the font? they are all green. Do you know the css code?
Why they are green? Have you made any change in the colors? Where can I see that?
There is no way to change the font. The font is inherited from your WordPress theme.
