I had a go at creating a wpForo and used the migration tool to import a largish phpBB forum. I've still not really gotten anywhere with it I'm afraid. The migration was reasonably good, but I want to now uninstall it from my site.
I uninstalled the plugin, which took a suspiciously short time! Bearing in mind the number of users and posts it imported and the time that took, I'd have thought it would take longer to properly uninstall.
Looking at the database, there are now 23 tables containing the string wpforo in their name. I would have expected an uninstall to tidy everything up. Surely, these tables shouldn't be there now? Can they just be dropped, or could that potentially mess up the core WP tables - are there any relationships between any other tables? Most appear to be empty, so maybe they have been truncated in the uninstall. But others are populated - one has 148,000 rows in it.
Where are all of the user accounts stored? Are they mixed up with other WP users? If so, how do I identify them?
Are there any files left lying around as well?
I don't want to find a security hole somewhere down the line, due to old files or tables lying around that will not now get updated with any plugin updates that will now not be run.

Additionally, I can see several directories left on my server in the uploads directory under wpforo and wpforo_2. Should these not be deleted?
