Hello, as you know I have a news site for games and a forum, and I want this notice shown to the person who is browsing my site, not just in the forum page!

 * i mean if anyone have a msg! its Show him everywhere ( not just FORUM PAGE )

I want a code or any method, because it is very important

NO, I mean message notification appears only on the forum page, I want it to appear in other pages if a member's have a message!
