Hi Robert,
Hope in your roadmap there will be an event calendar built in to wpforo.
In the mean time, could you show how to add an extra tab to the top menu?
So Forum | Calendar | Register | Login for public users
When someone logged in they will see
Forum | Calendar| My profile | Log Out
I want to hide "members " section or make it visible to a certain group of user only. Is it possible?
Thanks!
Hi forumfan,
wpForo Top menu is a simple WordPress menu, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Menu admin page and find menu called "wpForo Navigation (wpForo Menu)". You can add and remove any item you need. I attached screenshot.
Only wpForo specific menu items have url-shortcodes , here is the list of all menu item url-shortcodes:
- /%wpforo-home%/
- /%wpforo-members%/
- /%wpforo-profile-home%/
- /%wpforo-profile-account%/
- /%wpforo-profile-activity%/
- /%wpforo-profile-subscriptions%/
- /%wpforo-register%/
- /%wpforo-login%/
- /%wpforo-logout%/
Awesome! Thanks Robert!
And how do I hide this "Forum" text on top of the forum? Or change that text to something else like "Community"
This is current page title, you can edit forum page and change title. Also you can hide this title using aggrding option in wpForo Settings > Features Tab. I attached screenshot.
Thank you. I found the page! I searched for " community" but the page title was " forum" so it didn't show on search for some reason
