I just want to add something like "By changing the forum from this menu, you will lose all data you have written so far below." below the Select Forum box when add topic.

Please see my suggestion below:
1. Create a new Admin Note with the "By changing the forum from this menu, you will lose all data you have written so far below." message. More info here: https://wpforo.com/community/how-to-and-troubleshooting-2/html-content-on-admin-message-on-forum-front-page/#post-20205 .
2. Select the pages where you need to display the message via the "Display on forum" option.
