i want to add new tab in profiles with link out of the forum, how can i do it ?

You can Use wpForo User Custom Fields Addon to create a new Tab in user Profile

you cannot set a link on the tab, but you can create a link in the tab, so the user can pres on the created tab, the created tab will show the inserted link in its content field:
