So we migrated our site to a new server today using UpdraftPlus .....everything went great except during the migration the database complained about a few wpforo tables and in the end our forums and topic are there.... just no posts. I ran all of the tools in the dashboard to see if it would do anything but no luck.

I still have access to the older server. What is the easiest way to backup the topics and posts and import them? Through phpmyadmin? And if so which tables?

Hi Joel,

Use the phpMyAdmin Database tool in Hosting Service cPanel. Open database, end export wp_wpforo_posts and wp_wpforo_topics tables with CSV or SQL format.
