I Can't change my Standard access setting.
I need change that setting because i cannot delete and edit my own Post and Reply.
I'm sorry but I don't follow you weel.
As I can see in the screenshot below the following can's is checked, so you will able to delete and edit your own Post and Reply.
. Can edit own topic
. Can edit own reply
. Can delete own topic
