the widget's title is very large
when i adjust theme rightside bar title, they change to small but wpforo widget title remain same

I want to change my forum sidebar width but rest of site. (For example homepage sidebar width 300px, wpforo forum sidebar width 200px)
You use double sidebars "wpForo Sidebar" and "Page Right Sidebar". I don't recommend it. You should edit the forum page, set it full width to remove the main right sidebar. In Appearance > Widgets admin page remove all widgets from wpForo Forum Sidebar.
