Hi, how can I change the time someone posted a topic if I can do that. For eg. someone posted a topic at 3:10 and I want to change it to 15:10, how to do that and if I there's an option to schedule topics, let me know how.
Also, is there a dashboard interface for topics if I want to edit them in my dashboard.

You can do that only in database. Again, do some search before opening a new support topic: https://www.google.com/search?q=wpforo+change+post+date
