There are 10 levels of user rank but I only need around 5.  How do I delete or deactivate the remaining ranks? Currently I have them set to a really high post count but they still appear on profiles as a rank option, which is messy.

Also, is there a way to make them manual selection instead of purely post-count dependent? I need certain ranks such as 'Support Team' and 'Donator" which aren't reflective of post-count and can't be automatically earned.

I'm sorry but there is no way.

This is reputation titles, this is not the same you want to do. You're talking about Member Custom Title or Usergroup. Custom title can be managed in user profile > account page. Also you can create Usergroups in Dashboard > Forums > Usergroup admin page with different names and attach users to according group. Then navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Members admin page and enable new usergroup titles on front-end:

Thanks for the reply Robert!

That's a shame about the ranks...  Manual user rank allocation is usually fairly standard on forum software.  Is there any plan to make this section a bit more customizable?  Having an unchangeable amount of 10 seems very limited.

In regards to the Member Custom Titles, do they need to be a moderator or admin for this to work like in the picture you attached?

Sure, we'll take this under consideration.

The usegroup doesn't matter, just check the checkbox and it'll work like other usergroups.
