We use only 4 roles: Contributor, Moderator, Admin, Keymaster.
I am having trouble removing excess roles which is confusing the admins. Two places: Usergroups in WPforo and users in Wordpress. See screenshot (couldn't add more than one). I also don't know how to unsync a group or fully understand the process of syncing and secondary groups (though I have read the documentation several times)...
Any helps is most appreciated.

This question has no direct relation to wpForo. The user roles come from other plugins like bbPress, etc... wpForo doesn't have any control over the user Role. You should contact to WordPress support for this question. Also, there should be some plugins for that. wpForo is based on its own usergroups.
