Hi, can someone direct me to the instruction or documentation on how to set up WP Mail SMTP?

Hi @forummember,
You don't need it. wpForo emails is based on WordPress email sending functions, so you just need to install and configure WP Mail SMTP for your WordPress website, wpForo will use it automatically.
