How do I send a password link email again?
He hasn't received the link, not even his spam box.
have no idea why is happening.

Hi @snozy86,
You should find the user on the Dashboard > Forums > Members page, delete the user and ask him/her to register one more time.

What Sofy said but only if the user is new with zero posts. If it's an active user just open an incognito browser instance, click the login link and then the "lost password" link, put in their email address, click the "resend password" button.
