When you post in an old thread it stills showing the thread creation data and not last post, it looks like nobody is posting and the forum is abandoned creating a bad impression. :/

It should also include a link to take you to that last post instead of taking you to the first post.

I think this should be fixed.Thanks.

Hi @joselito,

Try Threaded and Extended Layouts.

I tried both formats but they don't seem to work for me.I prefer the simplest layout.

@joselito,

You can do it with theme Customization(Layout Customization)

https://wpforo.com/docs/wpforo-v2/forum-themes/theme-customization/

copy topic.php file from

\wp-content\plugins\wpforo\themes\2022\layouts\2\

and past in

\wp-content\themes\active theme\wpforo\layouts\2\

folder(you have to create missing folders)

open the topic.php file(copied one) and search for:

wpforo_date($topic['created']);

And change: created to modified

@chris

Now it shows the last post time but next to the original poster name and a link next to this to take you to the last post will be great.

Last post by user "dreams" but shows "Josh".

Thanks

@joselito,

I'm sorry, but theme customization is out of wpForo Support, and I'm not good in it, you need to find it yourself, as I'm not familiar to it, I have told all I knew about theme customization.
