All published topics and posts can be found on Dashboard > Forums > Moderation > Published subtab. You can find the duplicated posts and delete those posts.

Thank you I know how to delete but I get dozens per day. I want to prevent them from happening.

Just to clarify they are _identical_. And they have the same timestamp or within 1sec

Please follow the steps below:

1. Please update the wpForo plugin to the latest version(v.1.8.4).

2. Then update the MySQL Version to 5.7 and higher.

3. Make sure all tables are InnoDB and check again
