Hi WPforo team,

I want to know if there is any way to add images in post by copy/paste. As on my website ( https://www.whichquery.com/vu  ) students can't add their assignments files properly for discussion. They have to share with admin/attach with post and then admin posts files by adding images URLs after adding them in media library/externel source. (a file is attached for refference).

Is there any way, students can just copy their assignments file and just paste them in post (including images).

Hi @pkheart,

wpForo has a file attachment option on the editor, also it allows you to embed an image using URL, but we don't recommend copying it. More info:

Also, I'll suggest you to check the wpForo Advanced Attachments add-on. The add-on allows you to upload files by dragging them on your browser window.

Not ideal if more than one image.

(members also need to first save them in computer from file and then upload it)

Actually its much easy for members (students) to post their assignments (containing multiple images) by just copy complete file at once and paste it.

It allows drag and drop images to editor:

You can register in our demo forum and test the Advanced Attachments addon:
