As far as i see the problem comes from WooCommerce plugin. It seems you have a copy of WooCommerce plugin template file in current WordPress active theme. And these template files contain deprecated WC_Cart::get_cart_url function. I'd suggestion open a support topic in WooCommerce support forum and fix it. Once this issue is fixed other problems should be automatically fixed too.

Thanks for the answer, i try to eliminate woocommerce (for now i don't need it) but the problem is still here, and now in the debug.log there isn't the previously error.

I'm going crazy with this problem ahah

1. Switch to WP Default theme.

2. Disable ALL plugins BUT wpForo.

3. Check if it works.

4. If it works, switch to your theme.

5. If it works, start to enable one-by-one the plugins and find the cause.

So simple as that.
