I had similar problem as you, with the help of Wordfence i got rid of him.
Wordfence is a must have, it's free to use for basic needs.

LOL I Totally feel your pain with that message and I would love to know how to get rid of these annoying spammers as well. I just keep banning their IP. but they keep changing it.
