Hi admin or fellow members, Is it possible to translate or change the wording of the popup message 'Please check this box if you want to proceed.'?

i.e. When a user hits 'Add Reply' but neglected to tick 'I have read and agree to the forum privacy policy' etc.

We looked under Forum > Phrases as well as trying to translate (the site uses the Polylang, as well as Loco Translate plugins) but couldn't find the phrase anywhere.

Please see attached for clarification.

Cheers

Ed

By the way, on mobile phones the message is 'Select this tick...', just an observation.

@edwinatgideon,

Please note, that these are field validation messages which come from user browser. Thus the message language depends on the browser language. They will be automatically be translated based on the current user browser language.

@sofy We understand the browser issue. But the bigger question is - forget about translation into other languages - can the text itself be changed?

Thanks!

Ed
