Maybe move the data?

For moving from one hosting to another, you need to move wp-content folder and all tables.
Folders that are related to wpForo are
wp-content\plugins\wpforo
wp-content\plugins\addonsname(if you have addons of wpForo)
wp-content\uploads\wpforo
The tables related to wpForo are all tables with _wpforo_ prefix and _users, _usermeta, _options.
