I wish WP Foro had a live chat or tech help...I would pay for it!

I know I have a good idea for my forum and am not competing with anyone on here for members...I am not a techie...I read this stuff...still goes over my head...still trying to get the button on my home page to open up to the forum when you click it...won't work....the recaptcha issue...still an issue.

Anyone want to consult via the phone on a scheduled basis? I will pay to reimburse anyone for their "learning curve." I am so frustrated...about ready to chuck it all in... I started with vbulletin...no support...wasted over $1,000 on that one...

Please someone help....just lost... I am 54...good at ideas, writing, and marketing....don't know anyone for help.

WpForo plugin support is free and we do all our best to solve the issues asap.

We don't provide any skype or phone support. Just ask your questions and wait for a bit we'll answer you within a short time. As you can see here most of the users like the customer support of the plugin.

Thanks, Alvina....I feel my site is almost ready to launch...finished all the pages I like...but it is this forum is the issue....On my main page....I have a forum button...want users to click that button....then it opens to this forum...all I get is a 404 error message...I have other issues, but we can start here...

Again, willing to enter into some consulting via the phone if you want...just need some help...this is not the my strength..

I agree with @alvina.

No worries, you came to the right place for help! 🙂 (for free!)

If you are still having the Math recaptcha plugin issue, (which is most probably what is conflicting with your wpForo plugin issue) and cannot login to your site,

Here's another plan, Plan C:

1) You can also call your webhosting company, and then ask them to go to your folder, using the path:

YOUR-WEBSITE-NAME > wp-content > plugins > THE-NAME-OF-YOUR-Math-Recaptcha.

And have them rename this plugin to something else, so you can disable that other plugin.

And then you should be able to login to your site again.

Then you can then follow the Plan A in this post.
