Hi,
My site is not fully https. I just want to make forum/?wpforo=signup and forum/?wpforo=login links to redirect to https. How can I make the links secure through wpforo?

No way, if your website address and home is not set https in Dashboard > Settings admin page then wpForo will not be able detect it and change URLs. The only solution is installing some 301 Redirection plugin and add the URLs from http to https. You can find such plugins here:
