Dear Support Team

My website - http://www.insuranceonlineblog.com/   is having Option wordpress as wpforo on. When this option is set to on I am unable to load Login and Registration form. When i click Menu (Login - http://www.insuranceonlineblog.com/?foro=signup ) it just refresh the page.

If i Turn option Wordpress as wpforo OFF than my Login Page ( http://www.insuranceonlineblog.com/forum/?foro=signup ) is working fine... please Help in this case

Hi @sandeepbhagat07,

Could you please explain why you want to use the "Turn WordPress to wpForo" option in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > General admin page. Please disable it. And only enable  it when you read and understand what it means.  This option turns off all WordPress pages and plugins on the website front-end. Please disable that option asap.

If you want to display a forum on the home page using the correct documentation:  https://wpforo.com/docs/root/getting-started/forum-page/set-forum-on-home-page/

@alvina

Thank You for Prompt Reply.. I have turn this option ON Because there is no single page on my website other than this FORUM. So my Website is a FORUM hence its good to load Forum on MAIN Site DOmain Rather than /Forum/ in the URL...

Thats why i have turn this option ON...

NOW as per you suggestion I have disable this option But in this case it always get /forum/ prefix in url for example

SIGN IN MENU Has URL - http://www.insuranceonlineblog.com/forum/?foro=signin (HERE /forum/ comes we just want pure login URL as - http://www.insuranceonlineblog.com/?foro=signin   which is not working)

REGISTER MENU HAS URL - http://www.insuranceonlineblog.com/forum/?foro=signup instead of http://www.insuranceonlineblog.com/?foro=signup

ALSO Main DOmain - http://www.insuranceonlineblog.com/   and  http://www.insuranceonlineblog.com/forum/

BOTH CALL SAME PAGE so its problem for SEO ALSO

Thank you for clarification. As far you use only the wpForo on your website, please enable back the "Turn WordPress to wpForo" option.

If you want to display a forum on the home page using the correct documentation:   https://wpforo.com/docs/root/getting-started/forum-page/set-forum-on-home-page/

Then revert back all changes you've done, and let us know, to allow us to continue checking.
