I don't think this screenshot is what I meant. FB settings includes Profile Privacy Settings too. I've already mentioned this in my posts. I don't see any issue in the screenshot, and I don't see any issue on your forum.

I'm sorry but I have no other clue for you. This is something irregular and I'm not FB expert. If you have an issue with FB API please open a support topic in StackOverflow or in FB API support forums. If there is wpForo related problem please let me know. All what I've tested and what are related to wpForo core work fine.
