The registration URL is in my menu but when I click it, it says "User registration is disabled." I have made sure it is checked in the General Settings. I have opened up the top menu as well as my custom one. The link is showing up but returns "User Registration is disabled" is :

and the link that is in both menus that is not being displayed is:

/%wpforo-register%/

Some time ago I intentionally disabled the Registration but can't remember how. Sigh. What am I missing? I have looked at my CSS and triple checked Features. I have also disabled all plugins other than Wpforo.

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features and make sure the "Enable User Registration" option is set "Yes".
