I have just set up a forum and currently have 26 registered members. However, one member appears on the members list page twice (and if I edit their profile it changes on both entries) and one member doesn't appear at all. Both are set to the same user group both in Wpforo and Wordpress.

Any advice?

Actually I think it's something to do with WP approve user plugin....

Please navigate to the Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page click on the "Delete User Cache" then "Delete All Caches" button.

Then, please deactivate the plugin(WP approve user plugin) you've mentioned and check again.
